THAT WE WILL ONE DAY UNDERSTAND
As he sat on the lap of devoted father of his,
All of it all in a single flash passed his eye.
He started to talk full words filled with endless might,
Mightiness unsolved as a silly children quiz.
Words turned into understanding of history,
For bringing them back meant nothing but misery
A feeling forbade by him eons before
Like stopping sea from making sand of rocks on the shore.
Listening went the father in silence as a caress provider
Unable to prevent considering the child’s pain milder
Wondering when maturity would appear to these feelings ban
And how long would the truth take to strike its thunder
At the end the child would turn with eyes of wonder
It is time, he then said, for you to be another man.
